Founding of KIFNS FOUNDATION
KIFNS FOUNDATION was founded in India, Karnataka with a vision to improve the lives of marginalized communities. Our founders, led by PRAVEEN RAO KADHAM, brought together a team of passionate individuals who shared a commitment to social justice and community empowerment. In our early years, we focused on providing education and healthcare services to rural communities in Karnataka.

Expansion to New Areas
2026 मे, हम अपन कार्यक्रम कर्नाटक मे नव क्षेत्र मे विस्तारित केलौं, भारत सहित। हम शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य सेवा, आ आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण मे नव पहल शुरू केलौं, जेकर परिणामस्वरूप हमर पहुंच आ प्रभाव मे महत्वपूर्ण वृद्धि भेल। हमर टीम बढ़ि क 20 कर्मचारी सदस्य भ गेल, आ हम स्थानीय संगठन आ सरकारी एजेंसी के साथ साझेदारी स्थापित केलौं।

2026 मे, हम पर्यावरण स्थिरता आ वकालत के क्षेत्र मे नव कार्यक्रम शुरू केलौं। हमर पर्यावरण कार्यक्रम कर्नाटक मे नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा के बढ़ावा देब आ कार्बन उत्सर्जन कम करब पर केंद्रित छल। हमर वकालत कार्यक्रम के उद्देश्य नीतिगत बदलाव के बढ़ावा देब छल जे हाशिए पर रहल समुदाय के फायदा पहुंचा सकय।

कार्यक्रमक पैमाना बढ़ाबय
2026 मे, हम कर्नाटक मे अधिक लाभार्थी तक पहुंचय लेल अपन कार्यक्रम बढ़ा देलौं। हम अपन शिक्षा कार्यक्रम के 10 नव जिला तक आ अपन स्वास्थ्य सेवा कार्यक्रम के 5 नव जिला तक विस्तारित करलौं। हमर टीम बढ़ि के 50 कर्मचारी सदस्य तक पहुंच गेल, आ हम निजी क्षेत्र के कंपनी आ सरकारी एजेंसी के साथ नव साझेदारी स्थापित करलौं।

कोविड-19 के प्रति प्रतिक्रिया
2026 मे, हम कर्नाटक मे प्रभावित समुदाय के समर्थन के लेल नव कार्यक्रम शुरू करके कोविड-19 महामारी के जवाब देलौं। हम हजारों परिवार के भोजन आ स्वास्थ्य सेवा सहित आपातकालीन राहत प्रदान केलौं। हमर टीम अथक प्रयास केलक ताकि इ सुनिश्चित हो सकय कि हमर कार्यक्रम महामारी के दौरान सुरक्षित आ प्रभावी ढंग से काम करय जारी रहय।
